What do we mean by empowerment?

In its current definition, ‘empower’ means to give authority or power to. At Pinkvox, we’re not one’s for accepting standard definitions; we want women to create their own. We hold that every woman possesses an innate authority within herself, one that can be utilised through crowd-collaboration with like-minded individuals. Our conception of empowerment is that of the process whereby in giving power to others through the sharing and exchanging of her ideas, skills and knowledge, a woman will simultaneously give power to herself.

What is Pinkvox philosophy?

The Name: Pinkvox is the combination of ‘Pink’ and ‘Vox’, where pink symbolises women and vox is the Latin word for power. The iconic queen of chess strategically replaces the letter ‘i’ in the logo to symbolise the power of “I”. The name represents our mission to redefine women empowerment by drawing on our collective strength and wisdom.
