4. NOT to transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Pinkvox members and/or use any information obtained from the Website in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Pinkvox member;
5. NOT to send any messages to other Pinkvox members that are obscene, lewd, and defamatory, promote hatred and/or are racial or sexual or abusive in any manner;
6. NOT to promote any information that in your knowledge is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene or defamatory;
7. NOT to copy, duplicate, download, publish, modify or distribute the material on this Website for any purpose;
8. NOT to use any automated processes, and/or any other software/scripts/devices to monitor or copy our web pages and/or the contents for any other unauthorized purpose or to interfere/attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website;

11. that Pinkvox reserves the right to a) screen messages that you may send to other members, b) remove any advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation from member profiles without notice and c) delete any messages, photos content or profiles that are deemed offensive, illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other Pinkvox members;
12. that should you become aware of any violation, you are under an obligation to report any misuse or abuse of the Website. You can report violation by writing to abuse@pinkvox.com . Incase of illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Website, Pinkvox has the right to terminate your use of the Website, bar you from future use of the Website, and/or take appropriate legal action against you, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

2. Pinkvox is not liable for any loss and/or damages of any kind resulting from the use of the Website, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
